These terms govern access to desktopbranch.click and inquiries about Desktopbranch training programs operated from 64 KP1 Le Van Chi Street, Linh Trung Ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Services described

Desktopbranch offers tech analysis training, workshops, and related coaching. Descriptions and prices on this site are informational. A binding booking exists only when we confirm seats in writing by email or phone. This site does not process payments.

Bookings and attendance

Confirmed participants are expected to attend on the agreed dates. Rescheduling and cancellation rules appear in our refund policy.

Intellectual property

Workshop materials, templates, and site content remain Desktopbranch property unless a written agreement states otherwise. Participants may use provided worksheets for their employer’s internal analysis work; redistribution as a competing training product is not allowed.

No professional warranty beyond training

Training improves skills and shared methods. We do not guarantee project outcomes, regulatory compliance, or hiring decisions that follow from participation.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit unlawful content. We may refuse service where misuse is clear.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Desktopbranch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from decisions made after training. Our liability related to a paid program is limited to fees paid for that program.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are handled in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City unless mandatory rules require otherwise.
