When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email, optional phone number, program interest, and message content. If you enroll, we may also keep employer name, attendance records, and dietary or access notes you volunteer for in-person sessions.

We use contact details to answer inquiries, confirm seats, deliver training materials, and follow up after programs. We do not sell personal data. We do not run automated advertising profiles from this site.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept as long as needed to complete the conversation and for ordinary business records, typically up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute handling. Enrollment records follow our internal retention schedule for training providers.
